What is your shipping policy?

We keep it simple around here: you get free shipping on any order over $25.

Domestic and international shipping in other situations will be calculated at checkout.

Can I sell Rocan’s products in my shop?

We are not offering wholesale but would love for your customers to buy direct from the source!

How do I use this contraption?

We’ve already thought of that! We’ve got a ton of videos on YouTube to help you master the brush in no time.

What beauty products do I use?

Any cream eyeliner will work and look amazing!

Can I make thick and thin lines with this brush?

You bet! We created a brush that’s versatile so just push down a little harder for a thicker line. It’s all in the pressure.

What if I want a longer, sexy cat eye?

We got you covered there too! Carry out the brush a bit longer before giving it a flick.

What if I still can’t figure it out after watching all the vids on YouTube?

Like many aspects of life, practice makes perfect. If it doesn’t take you at least 4 attempts when you first start to get that purr-fect cat eye, I bet it’s not as sleek as it could be. Keep at it!

How do I know which stencil will work best for me?

Along with our questionnaire, there are pictures of each stencil with a face so that you can see what to expect.
